Hot Pepper
Wash okra; do not remove stem. Pack into pint jars. To each jar, add 1 small clove garlic, 1 hot pepper, 1 tsp. salt, and 1 tsp. dill seed. Heat to boiling a solution of equal parts white vinegar and water. Pour into jars over okra. Seal and let age a few weeks.
