6 med green peppers or mixed red/green
3 hot peppers, seeded and minced fine
2 Tbs sugar
1 tsp sea salt
1 1/2 cups white vinegar
Chop equal portions fresh tomatoes, celery, onions, green peppers and cabbage very fine mince. Add salt, sugar and vinegar to taste and finish with a speck of fresh ground cinnamon. Do not cook. Serve with cold meat trays or deli platters.
